Ever Timeline | Effective February 27, 2026
Ever Timeline ("the App") is a wedding day timeline app built by Cclutephotography ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. We use this to create and manage your account.
Timeline data: Timeline names, event titles, times, notes, shot lists, venue names, and wedding dates that you enter into the App. This data is stored to provide the App's core functionality.
Team membership: When you join or share a timeline, we store your role (e.g., photographer, coordinator) and associate you with that timeline so all team members can collaborate.
Device tokens: We collect push notification tokens (APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send you event reminders and timeline updates. We also collect Live Activity push tokens to keep your Lock Screen widget in sync.
We use the following third-party services:
Your account and timeline data are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems. Timelines you created may be retained for other team members unless all members leave.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also manage notification permissions in your device's Settings app.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date above.
